How do our Coaching sessions work?
Most clients prefer for their Coaching Sessions to take place over the telephone, but I also use Skype and each session is thirty minutes.
What is Yoga Life Coaching?
Yoga Life CoachingTM is a life coaching program created and designed by Yoga Life CoachTM and Master Baptiste Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, Deborah Williamson. It is a collaborative experience designed to help people create the life they really want. Now I am a Certified Yoga Life CoachTM with many years experience in Yoga, personal training and physical fitness. Obtaining a Life Coach certification was the next step in being able to help you move forward into your best life.
Is there a difference between yoga life coaching and therapy?
Life coaching is not psychotherapy or psychological counseling, and it isn’t a substitute for them. In coaching I move from the idea that nothing is broken, so there’s nothing to fix. I will not give you advice or tell you what to do. But with that purposeful conversation between us, you gain more awareness, that’s what guides you forward, into your best life. As human beings, we often create blocks that keep us from attaining what it is we truly want. Coaching focuses on you, right now, not the past and because the present is what we focus on, coaching can help you remove those blocks so that you can move forward into the life you want.
Could You benefit from Yoga Life Coaching?
Of course, anyone can benefit. You don’t have to practice yoga to benefit from Yoga Life Coaching. This coaching simply integrates yoga philosophy into the program.
